For a long time I had the need and desire to return to roots music, which is the music where I come from and the genre with which I began my musical career. And I wanted to return but trying to contribute something different from the usual with new sounds and dressing up those songs that have been heard in my country for years, with modern arrangements and in many cases, also adding new lyrics.

To do this, I have counted on the good work and good taste of one of my musicians, Jorge Ibáñez, who has contributed his enormous talent as a musical arranger, as a musician and as a producer to this new album. As producer, in addition to Jorge, I have counted on the talent and professionalism of my friend Javier López “Javeta” with whom I have already worked on four of my albums. I would like to wholeheartedly thank each and every one of my musicians for their masterful collaboration.
